The Hidden Gem - Asmara

Recently, I had the opportunity to stay in an Airbnb that offers bunk beds for the first time. I was a bit nervous about it, as I had never stayed in a dorm-type accommodation before, but I was excited to try something new.

When I arrived at the Airbnb, I was pleasantly surprised by how cozy and welcoming it was. The manager: Ms. KC had texted me the instructions before arriving at Siargao. The property was clean and well-maintained, and I felt right at home.

One of the things I loved most about staying in Asmara was the personal touch that the owner had added to the space, the decor of the space is unique and interesting. It was clear that the owner had put a lot of thought and care into creating a space that was both comfortable and inviting.

The personally enjoyed hanging out in the kitchen and lounge ("tambayan") where the internet connection is strong. 

LOCATION

The best thing about staying in Asmara was the location, the house is less than a minute away from the main road. Asmara also has a great neighborhood, close to coffee shops, restaurants, beaches, and the famous Harana. I was able to walk to several places and explore the area, especially the beaches which was a lot of fun.

Overall, my experience of staying in Asmara was wonderful. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and comfortable place to stay. They have different types of rooms to offer, I suggest you try the dormitory type. :) 

It was a great way to experience a new place and feel like a local for a few days.

Fam Room: Good for 2 pax -  3500 PHP

Cabana Ground Floor: Good for 2 pax - 3300 PHP

Cabana Upper Floor: Good for 2 pax - 3800 PHP
