Moisturizing is one of the most abandoned skin care regimen
by men my age. Some forget to use moisturizer and consider it as unimportant, while
others just don't give a shit. According to a study conducted, 54% of men said
they haven’t used / didn’t use any skincare or grooming products which include moisturizer
or lotion.
Not using a moisturizer such as lotion can leave one's skin
dry and unhealthy looking.
I recently got the Vaseline Intensive Care (Deep Restore
Lotion). According to the packaging it gives total moisture and clinically proven
to moisturize dry skin. It contains micro-droplets of Vaseline Jelly that helps
in healing dry skin. Like other lotion brands, Vaseline has a creamy consistency
that "melts" or blends into your skin whenever you apply. This lotion
leaves a "light feeling" which I really prefer and is non-greasy
(advisable for those people who live in tropical countries). It doesn't have
that floral or chemical scent compared to other products. The Vaseline lotion
is also pocket friendly, I got the 200 ml for 100+ PHP ($2).
This particular line of Vaseline lotion is amazing. I have
been using it for a month now and I am more than satisfied. It does moisturize
my skin and lasts for a day; no need for reapplication. I am not sure if it can
heal dry skin coz I have normal skin type.
Have you tried this product before or other Vaseline line? Please let me know by leaving a comment down below.

Up until this past year I don't even think my husband realized they made moisturizer for men!

ReplyDeleteI love Vaseline but I need to get into using it again.
ReplyDeleteI have a dry skin. I'm one of those kind of men who can't survive without a lotion. Looking at this review, I think this product of vaseline can be good for my skin. Will check it out.
ReplyDeleteThanks.
